We comply with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, strive to handle and protect personal information appropriately.
In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” has the meaning defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act—information about a living individual that can identify that individual, such as name or date of birth (including information that can be easily cross-referenced to identify a specific individual) or contains personal identifiers. “Related information” refers to information about a living individual that does not fall under personal information, pseudonymized information, or anonymized information.

• Guidance and consulting via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
• Customer management, including personality and attribute information to ensure smooth relationships
• Administrative filings with authorities
• Analysis of service usage and satisfaction to create non-identifiable statistical data for marketing, site development, new-service development, and service-quality improvement
• Ensuring security of our services and investigation/reporting in case of incidents

(b) Recruitment selection
(c) Notifications and information regarding recruitment by phone, post, or email
(d) Pre-employment communications with successful candidates
(e) Incorporation of applicant data into HR records after hiring
(f) Improvement of recruitment communications
(g) Other purposes separately notified during the recruitment process
We may change the purpose of use within a scope reasonably related to the original purpose and will notify or publicly announce any such changes.
Except where permitted by law, we will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving the stated purposes without your consent. However, exceptions include:
(1) Cases required by law
(2) Situations where obtaining consent is difficult but necessary to protect life, body, or property
(3) Situations where obtaining consent is difficult but necessary to improve public health or promote sound child development
(4) Cases where cooperation with national or local authorities is required and obtaining consent could hinder that work
We acquire personal information properly and never by deceptive or wrongful means.
We implement organizational, human, physical, and technical safeguards to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information and supervise employees and contractors as necessary. Some data may be stored on cloud services located in the United States; we implement safeguards based on information provided by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.
We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent except where permitted by law. The following cases are not regarded as third-party provision:
(1) When handling is outsourced within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose
(2) Business succession due to merger or other reasons
Upon your request and after confirming your identity, we will promptly disclose personal information by electronic record, document, or another method we specify, except where we have no legal obligation to disclose.
If you request correction, addition, or deletion (“Correction, etc.”) because your personal information is inaccurate, we will investigate without delay and, based on the results, perform the Correction, etc., and notify you, except where we have no legal obligation.
If you request suspension of use or deletion (“Suspension, etc.”) or cessation of provision to third parties (“Provision Suspension”) for reasons permitted by law, and the request is justified, we will promptly comply and notify you, except where we have no legal obligation.
